HOW IT WORKS

Our Step-By-Step Process

At every step, our goal is to keep things fast, simple, and transparent—so you always know where you stand, what comes next, and how we’re working on your behalf.

First, you’ll submit basic financial information for our review, like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, ID, and Social Security Number.
Next, you’ll work with a real estate agent to find your home and make an offer.
Once your offer is accepted, you’ll complete a formal mortgage application, which we will then process. During this time, we may need additional information from you.
When the loan is processed and all documents have been submitted and reviewed, we will inform you if the loan was approved. If so, we will set a loan closing date!
